The Land Title Registry Division was established by the Title by Registration Act no. 8 of 2018. The office of the Land Titles Registry Division is located in the Registry Building, Bayfront, Roseau and is a Division of the Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs.

The Office is responsible for administering the legislation in respect of registering lands and keeping records in relation to Certificate of Titles in the Commonwealth of Dominica.

Functions of the office of the Land Title Registry include:

• Registration of First Titles
• Registration of Mortgages and caveats
• Processing of Land Transfers
• Other matters relating to the administration of Title by Registration Act
