This secure, government-managed website ensures accurate processing of travelers' information and compliance with Dominica’s Immigration and Customs Regulations. The Government of Dominica does not levy any fees for the completion of the online ED Forms.

Transition to Commonwealth of Dominica E-Passport Mobile Application Units
The Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs wishes to announce the commencement of application for the Commonwealth of Dominica e-passport via Mobile Application Units.
The process will commence on the 07th of February, 2022. Please note that application will take place at selected communities, at various Police Stations.
This means the acceptance of passport application forms with all necessary documents.
Along with the application forms, you must submit:
- 2 passport sized photos
- Original copies of your birth certificate
- Original copies of Marriage Certificates, Certificates of Naturalisation, Adoption Certificates, Birth Certificate of parent where the circumstances warrant
- The fees for passports remain $150 for adults and $75 for children
Passport application forms and complete instruction forms are available at all police stations island wide and online at the official government website at https://dominica.gov.dm/.
Please note that photographs can be taken by the immigration staff on site during the processing of the application.

The Land Title Registry Division
The Land Title Registry Division was established by the Title by Registration Act no. 8 of 2018. The office of the Land Titles Registry Division is located in the Registry Building, Bayfront, Roseau and is a Division of the Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs.
The Office is responsible for administering the legislation in respect of registering lands and keeping records in relation to Certificate of Titles in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Functions of the office of the Land Title Registry include:
- Registration of First Titles
- Registration of Mortgages and caveats
- Processing of Land Transfers
- Other matters relating to the administration of Title by Registration Act
